CZA never specifically mentioned that the offtake for the 2nd UNV mine was a condition for the takeover to be approved.
Yet, after the takeover failed, their director (i can't remember which one but I have the article) stated that the reason for the takeover failure was that the offtake for the 2nd UNV mine wasn't completed on time.
