I'm a long term holder on TOE. Not sure about accumulating more even at these levels. Would be interested around 1c-1.5c, im not downramping, just my feeling. Main thing for TOE is a big lift in the U price if eventually going to mine in WA. I'm looking for $65 USD pound. Long way off from where we are ATM, but there would be a big shift in sentiment if we reached those levels.
