not elementary dude. A business either generates or doesnt generate FREE CASHFLOW that pays debt...
our derived equity is historic, and doesnt account for our current FREE CASHFLOW [cap raising helped].
thats why its called FREE CASHFLOW. We didnt have it, now we do...its paying debt (most of it cap raise, but going fwd, FREE cashflow).
so no, dnt agree dude....
equity = pv of discounted cashflow. ours continues to grow. $5m interest saved and growing. this compounds and causes HIGHER pv of future cashflow...esp as POO is lifting. So equity ISNT same...its HIGHER..
So back to my point, why are WPL, ORG, OSH etc. smashing new 52 week highs, BUT WE SIT IDLE!!! or in reverse given the above metrics? shouldnt we have a fwd p/e of 49?
this is being CAPPED. cat by the tail style...(imho)
