This capital raising is a chance for the management team to award the shareholders and gain some confidence.
If they can release a few good deals and push the SP into 2c range or even higher price which is far greater than 1.6c, shareholders get rewards and have more confidence in this company, it will be a win-win situation. We just need a few more positive announcements, bring them on NOR.
