So in your example above you're saying that not all of ipacWA's 14 practices and ipacSA 18 practices aren't signed up yet?

I don't think that's the case, unless I'm still misunderstanding, ipacWA along with ipacSA would have all 14 and 18 practices using intigers services, so they would each be counted as 1 individual client of the 18 clients, leaving 16 clients to identify.

Exactly as the list you reposted from TheWildMan, the way I view it is each one in that list is one client, otherwise it doesn't add up given the amount ipacSA has themselves with 18 practices.
