If you were in a position to test the chip you could sign an NDA and get access to one via API like all the other big companies getting involved with BRN.
All the chips mentioned above are weak compared to SNAP. I respect that and value the opinion opinion of Chris Eliasmith, Jeff krichmar, Tobi from inilabs, Simon Thorpe and the other champs on the scientific advisory board over ppl on hotcopper.
Brainchip is next gen AI, the chips you mentioned aren't even close
