The sell down represents 6% of their holdings which takes them from 5.28% of the register to 4.92%. What I find strange is why did that buy 473K units at the start of March only to sell 709K units at the same price at the end of March. They already held 10m.
They have accounted for 45% of the trade of since they started selling so did it doesn't not appear they are not trying to dump the stock and they haven't been enticed by the 800k @ $0.075 order that's been on and off again for past few weeks. Not clear what their strategy is really.
