I have been a long time Telstra bundle customer. Recently my contract expired and I am being persuaded to get into a 2 year contract for the bundled service on very attractive terms (including free iPad). The fact that someone is following up with a customer is significant improvement in the way Telstra has been interacting with its customers. There had been improvement in customer service under Thodey but last year or so things had fallen away.
I am confident happy customer means more $$$ billed and higher revenues. Not sure about margins but likely it will come from other SAS services
