I have fair value based on $41 contracts input into the NPV at circa $1.30 meaning that would be fair value in Dec after development stage completed and mining is commencing. This doesn't include taxes or development risk ...or allow for higher contracts or U discovery.
Anyone care to analyse this valuation and suggest where it may be wrong?
