Keep in mind Telstra's own forecast is a -30% hit to earnings from NBN by 2021.
Then there's the regional roaming decision that an analyst estimated could be about -5% and the recent TPM news which the market has attributed another -5%.
That's before any remedial action.
Keep in mind TLS traded at an average of PE 10 in 2008-2009 so if you're pessimistic, worst case scenario is -40% earnings @ 10 PE, which is a lot less than today's valuation.
