Yes Buzz I've also seen and been apart of what you are alluding could happen here.
however it usually happens when the MK Cap of a Co overshoots the mark by a fair margin. In this case if CLAs MK Cap ran to around 40Mil (.10c) pre Ann then fell back to say 25-30mil.
Now @.05c CLA fully diluted MK Cap is still only 20mil......
Results equal to historic, will push this higher if it doesn't get there first.
