If this were to be my company I would advance the full size plant commissioning by at least 6 months
and get on with producing rubies in full volume. This would get us to an economy of scale/lower costs
quicker.
-The path to market has already been established by GEM
-The longer we wait, the longer GEM has to devise defensive strategies to counter GEM's extra supply
-Buy up a Thai cutter/polisher and process premium stones above 1 carat finished.
-procure an independant US marketing agent for finished stones.
-establish a closed online auction system for rough stones with access limited to known high volume
buyers.
-auction the remainder in ME & HK at open gem auctions.
A foundation directer is a marketing guru, so, IMO, he should get on with it.
Time is money and/or lost opportunity.
