What makes you think TLS is a premium service? How many outages have they had so far? Overpriced, crappy service, employees that have no idea and they keep replacing experience staff for contractors who don't give a crap so employee morale is at rock bottom - yep i switched to Optus many years ago.
Held TLS earlier in the year but got out of this dog when it made a little break - its dying a very long and slow death IMO but every now and then it does make a little break over the surface of the waves and that's the time to jump ship.
Good luck to those of you holding onto the Titanic its hit an iceberg called TPM smart money is already in the lifeboats
