Now that the huff and puff has settled down the question still remains why isn't the sp up to where we would all like to think it should be mid teens or higher? Why is it so!!!
I know the u factor is there and truck loads are jumping on the band wagon even on a sniff and a wim of something that want even happen for another 3 to 5 yrs if not more . Why is it being Capped as some have suggested earlier on. What's this meant to achieve beside keeping the bloody price down. Surely eveyone wants to see it rise and we all make a dollar or two. Buggered if I know.
