Hustler. There are those circumstances for sure and I have been involved in those. In almost all cases the company is going down the shoot or underperforming, which is why these outcomes look harsh. The second piece is that if someone with 51 and wants the 100pc and if they have time on their hands they will let the company languish and get what they want. That happens.
It could have happened to FAR if we couldn't raise capital. Full value of SNE would not have been realised.
There is no chance imho that we are likely to see any of this occur with FAR. Eg I think that once a company buys 15pc of a company or in some articles it's 10pc the holder must state its intentions.
