Hi Rae with this quote, and I note the timing raised some anger from posters and I'm not speaking necessarily about Suda with below, but remember that with cash burn companies ........do they necessarily raise capital when they have to or do they raise capital when they can ? Raising capital and raising $mils isn't necessarily an easy exercise and my opinion on raising capital is often if there's a chance you can get one done and someone's willing to happily participate , well get it done.

FWIW I don't necessarily believe Sud needed to for at least a few months. You can go backwards and see the cash position with the announcements too. But there's a chance still that come July the heat would've once again been on and I don't think with cash you can leave things to chance or hope things that may or should happen do infact happen. Murphy's law !
