    Hi TeamCobalt,

I'm not sure if Highlands Pacific (HIG) was mentioned. (I have bought shares recently, so am declaring an interest.) HIG is part of a joint venture in PNG which is currently producing 3% of the world's annual production of cobalt. The production plant has taken a few years to build, but reached full nameplate production in late 2016. In the Dec 2016 quarter it was cashflow positive for the first time (just before the cobalt price increased). Also it is quietly surveying another exploration lease it has in PNG at Sewa Bay. The results, prior to the current survey, show that it has a deposit of nickel (1% plus) and cobalt (0.1% plus) which covers an area of at least 7 square kilometres. The survey report shoud be coming out soon and will be very interesting. HIG is currently priced at 7 c per share, which is not bad for an exploration company that has made the transition from exploration to mining, production and exporting (as well as surviving the price downturn of metals in recent years). Oh yes, I forgot to mention it has interests in other undeveloped deposits, including a 20% partnership in the copper/gold deposit at Frieda River. This is the largest undeveloped deposit of copper/gold in the world. But you can read about it and the current pressure/takeover moves by the major partner (PanAust), which may come to a head in the annual meeting in May. So, best of luck.
