They are free, the price means nothing as they can do a no cash down deal, its written there in the notes. where they get eg 80% (FREE) and then 20% gets flooded onto the market by the brokers to cover the original price.
And the vesting conditions are already pretty much met for nearly all of them. They have set the bar so low.
