The management has set such a low bar for their incentive, essentially based on a very depressed SP of the last 5 trading days - a tiny 25 % premium. (should be at least 50% based on last 5 trading days or use the peak of $.69 per share as benchmark with the expiry duration of 3 years)
If the share price improve (good possibility say 3rd shipment news, production improvement or market condition improve or some other reasons) and achieve the threshold before the AGM, will they change the target ?? Or happy days and proceed with the voting anyway.
