Based upon new information, it now seems clear the US has TWO Aircraft Carrier Strike Groups off the Korean Peninsula. More than TWELVE-HUNDRED military aircraft have been moved by the US and South Korea into position to deal with North Korea, and the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier strike group… "is not alone" anymore.

The failed missile launch could have been hacked as this is quite possible now by US. This may or may not have been the case this time however.

NK response to any military strike could be wide and varied. Such weapons as EMP could be employed which would be a major problem if used.
