Legal victories would come down to the best lawyers and having the best legal case to argue. FAR have not been involved in a lot of legal wrangling that I can remember which personally better in my mind than constantly hiring lawyers to get you out of trouble.
I'd rather focus on management experience like Reg Nelson who grew Beach from a 10 million dollar company to 1.3 billion while he was there.
