hi guys ive just noticed that IOOF holdings have been a massive seller of AVJ during the last few months, anyone know why they were selling?
would love to know why, its unusual selling a stock that's trading so far below its book value.
I guess once the stop selling should see AVJ head back up?
anyone know when IOOF will stop selling its AVJ stake?
--------------------------------------
Ive also been researching the long term stock price, its basically treaded water since 1994, which is the most I can go back to, it was around 58c in 1994, it shot up to around $2.40 before the 2008 GFC though.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Also AVJ dividends have NOT been as steady as people think, sure for the last 3 yrs divvies have been increased from 2c than 4c and now 5c/share, but before 2013 some yrs they didn't pay a divvy at all or it was a mere half a cent divvy.
Maybe investors still are not convinced AVJ will continue to grow or maintain their divvy in the yrs to come.
Which is why we are trading at such a massive discount to our NTA.
