Changes in controlled entities and divisions:
i) Established IOT Group USA LLC in which they currently hold a 70% interest.
This tells me IOT Group (this means you shareholders too) are only going to receive 70% of any revenue/profit via these reseller/distributor/retailer/manufacturer deals in the US.
So who owns the other 30%?
Anyone know why IOT Group don't own 100% of their own subsidiary in the US?
The USA is where IOT Group have put all their spending effort into too embarked on having exclusive agreements with AEE and setup distribution of the selfie drone yet only 70% is filtered to IOT Group USA LLC and will be even less no doubt to IOT Group as a whole.
I cant find anywhere who owns the 30% and more importantly to shareholders, why?
