It's all subjective. With regards to gaps, I only go off the daily chart (rarely the weekly) and take the literal meaning of the term 'gap'. Ignoring 1 pip gaps for this discussion, THD recent history shows three gaps literally. Sometimes they fill, sometimes they overfill and sometimes they don't fill. Two overfills in this instance and a not filled.
If you go off intraday charts and count the 'previous close' as part of the gap, then you would be correct also. It's all good.
