    AVM should have somewhere around $110m in the bank and no debt at the end of last quarter. Given the likely cashflows between now and the SXEW commissioning the gap in capital could be quite small.

    It also depends on how agressive they're going to be with Kulu, Philippines and the recent SBS investment.

    This conference call could be an interesting one.
