Just a question about this uranium spin off company.

If gdn in the announcement tell us they are going to offer 50 million shares or however many they are offering to the public for the 40% and that shareholders holding gdn shares get first chance at the offer is it possible some big investors or funds such as oceanic might just buy a lot more shares in gdn for both what gdn have and for the ability to get first chance at the shares in the uranium company? If this announcement which from todays announcement seems to be very positive and with a possible estimate of uranium which may get to production faster than many other uranium companies on the asx do you think any large investors would buy lots in gdn just so they can gurantee themselves shares in the new company?

yrr shares when listed went upto 81 cents within 3 days of listing from the offer of shares at 20 cents before listing thats a really good return in a short time.

If gdn have already got a resource estimate in this new company it would go up a lot higher then the yrr listing possibly?

I dont know if large funds would do this just to make sure they can buy the shares or would just take the shares left over after gdn shareholders have had the chance to buy into the new company.

    Could something like that happen?
