Interesting to me that it wasn't extended for longer than that (at this stage)
Seemingly some of his 18% participated in the EO. This will give them a chance to move the new shares over to LIT to minimise diluting that 18%.
I know LIT said they wouldn't take newly issued shares but they'll just move their goalposts again.
I would be interested to hear from our management, whether or not we have a date with the takeovers board?
Given LIT have not supplied the answers to the target's response questions. In order to provide a fully informed marketplace. We may have a case for them to put up or shut up.
