If LIT = 48%LPD - I think LIT would be announcing the sh!t out of it.
LPD EO uptake will be high, excluding that which LIT did not participate (~18%).
If EO uptake high, does that mean the proportion of shares that LIT holds will go backwards during this takeover bid period (less than the original 17%)?
