I read nearly every posts at here, but it's my very first time that I wrote something about PLS.
What happened recently of PLS are purely a kind of consequence of a "scare and fear" tactic, adopted by a JOINT FORCE of a few numbers of international financial institutions, such as U...., M..... L....., M...., S....., etc. The purpose is mainly to accumulate large volume of certain shares at the low prices they desired and/or to lower the prices of valuation for finance arrangement in the case of PLS
It's only a kind of temporary joint forces when they received ORDERS from certain Big Brothers or conglo-investors for these purposes.
These joint forces will gather all the shares they have by themselves or from their clients who own these shares, or borrowed from certain fund at a fee, etc, then one or two would be the sellers, and the other one or two would be the buyers, or in mixed functions to confuse the attention and avoid the checking of evidence from the shares market prosecution authorities. They don't need a lot of shares, a few million or more will do the results as the shares can be traded many times in a day(that's the reason that the volumes are so huge in these days) and since they are the institutions that are doing the selling and buying, they don't have the expenses of brokerage fee.
These kind of things are very common in Asia markets as the power and ability of these securities authorities are relatively weak. Many poor "mums and dads" investors were so scared that it would be the very last chance of selling before it crashed to nothing, so they just threw every single shares they have, then they got it, the other amateur investors won't have chance to get too much as they have signals for each transaction between them.
Normally some rumors will be spread out(you'll never find out who is the one behind the rumors as your barber might tell you what he heard yesterday from a customer in mining field when you had a haircut LOL), in the case of PLS, such as the mining permit won't be approved, the production will be postponed for monthssss, the prices of Lit.... is over valued as............, the finance would never come at a good right valuation, etc. So poor mums and dads! God blesses them!!
So as Osblue and the others with sense and knowledge said, check the real value of PLS, be united and wait for the light from the other end of tunnel which will be visible soon. Otherwise, we are only hurting oursleves as it jeopardize the fiance effort of PLS's management in valuation. WE all are losers except those beasts!!
