Nobody knows the future.
If IO price goes up in the future,surely it is better to develope CD mine now otherwise it is better to repay debts or to keep cash.
IMO,CD should be differed until IO price goes up,because safety is better than risk.
AGO should not do the same mistake to invest the most of fund for developing the mine when IO price is at low level and gets in big trouble.
It is much more better to lose less without developing new mine than to lose more after developing new mine.
