RC grade control of the base of the Toms pit design has delineated a consistent high grade zone which will be extracted in the June 2007 quarter.

A detailed infill RC grade controll drilling program is currently underway to confirm the resource model below the pit of Yarlaweelor North.

The company has commissioned an independent review of the Fortnum Gold Projects resources, grade control processes and ore mining methods. This review is to be conducted immediatly and the outcome is expected to be reported to the board of Gleneagle by the end of May 2007. Gleneagle management will incorporate the findings of this review in to an update life of mine plan.
