I hope Mum & Bub are doing fine. Had a very quick look myself at the Annual Report-very highly leveraged-I think they had borrowings of $43mil plus another $7mil in payables-it would all depend on maintainable EBDA in order to make some inroads into the debt burden. Directors have given no indication of what the earnings going forward will be although you would have to think with all the contracts they have that budgetting wouldn't be too difficult. Haven't caught up with the ownership structure of late but isn't it something like a private JV company of Nine/Ten? No you'll never get a franked divi here but at 3c there maybe some upside.
