I thought I would add to the discussion regarding lions bay , pan Andean and my take on it.
It seems that lions bay is owned by pan Andean directors ( John Byrne, John newton ) and they are entering an agreement for lions bay to purchase pan Andean by April 30th
Ross is the director of lions bay , and once lions bay aquires pan Andean they will be cross listed on the TSX venture exchange but more importantly I feel like the main winner from this transaction is ross , I'm guessing it might be somthing he negotiated going forward.
I'm all for Ross having more skin in the game ...
@robmillion and @RealRockerfeller feel free to chime in on my thoughts you both seem to have a better understanding than myself.
