Someone is transferring a lot of shares, or
Someone is accumulating a lot of shares
Could we have a few entities gathering shares outside the top 20, ready to form an alliance with MIN to take over PLS when triggered.???
Excellent way of accumulating under the radar, or not ??
There is more in play here than we all realise, so, I, for one will be holding and waiting the outcome, which will come.
