I have been in this stock for many , many years and will disagree with your interpretation . Quite the opposite , after having been in this stock since they had just over 1 Billion shares on register to now having over 5 Billion , it appears to me that the bunnies are the ones who do not hop in and out of these stocks along the way.
With all due respect , I do not believe many except "the substantial holders" do this.
Unfortunately you failed to answer the question , so I can only assume you do know or choose not to answer appropriately.
