Well look; 150mt, mining license granted , mining proposal just about there, FEED -'front end engineering and design' about completed, EPC contractor ready to roll, Camp installed on site and just about to be commissioned , long lead time plant already procured , $80m in the bank and MC tag of 425m hanging around its neck at present.
MIN already have near 10%....alliance / JV member sucks up another 10% at cheap as chips prices. 10% + 10% = 20% = takeover mechanism triggered , outside director seated and flip a cheap takeover offer in front of shareholders that have been through the ringer.
We'll I'd find it near rude not to offer if i was in the position.
Just a scenario ... no doubt a few will arrise , but near 90m traded over teh last few days ...hmmm, maybe ask @mustpow
