You don't have to increase your holding in line with dilution.

You hope the money they raise that leads to the dilution is spent on activities which lead to more value than the dilution.

The bit that people find hard is that the SP doesn't always reflect the value been added. It often doesn't across many stocks on the ASX for a whole host of different reasons. But if you buy cheap, believe in management and the industry and the strategic direction the company is on, then you be patient, because value will be realised eventually - or your research wasn't as good as you thought it was.

Somehow people haven't learnt.
When the SP goes up you have people lipping on about all sorts of nonsense. It's entertaining i suppose. And then when it goes down cries of foul play echo around the depths of the threads.
