I'm sure the cash injection from the options was part of their business plan and will be needed one way or the other.
Their target this year is 8MW of new projects which would be 1 large plant or a number of smaller plants. They claim to be on track to meet or exceed this. While not planning to set the world on fire this quarter, they really need a series of announcements to turn things around or else a single news item will just be a selling opportunity. Imo.
