    Just posted a second acceptance form ( from NZ ),
    after posting the first 15 days ago, April 18th.

    No documentation has arrived after all that time.

    Anyone else had this occur to them?

    I'm planning to hold, so no problem, and I know
    there are ways to check before the snail-mail
    arrives, but not a good turn-round time, methinks.
