Hi Expendable The Lease was discussed in detail at the AGM and is watertight, Jim talked about what a great deal our lease was for us it saves us money and is locked in with no rising costs.From memory the Quarry owner gets 2% royalty's buy as we aren't mining he is getting not getting anything.I bet he regrets not accepting a cash deal that was offered earlier from someone else.The issues in dispute are responsibilities that the quarry owner is responsible for not Jim and the board.So CNQ are in a very good position to negotiate as they are doing things by the book. The board can't comment on confidential discussions but Feel free to phone Jim this whole lease is a non issue bought up by you no who. CHEERS
