Look for an infographic that outlines the Duncan expansion, and it isn't the one that you're referring to (I can't be bothered trying to find it). The document @serge83 is using is from Harvest One's filing statement provided by @DrDirt47. Please grab a copy.

Time frame depends on what business model you ascribe to: short/near term can be anything between 1 to 24 months.

Using the words "fudge factor" is highly inflammatory, especially when it governs the actions and practices of an as yet, unlisted Canadian company. Extraordinary items may be included, but investors are not privy to that information. Furthermore, I for one, would like to know their budgeted wage costs, and an itemised breakdown of all costs, but again they haven't been stated.

If their "budget is used up", then they are insolvent. They may escape insolvency if they generate revenues, but what exactly are you suggesting? Where is the revenue going to be generated to stave off insolvency? I'm a hopeful bull in that I'm expecting Gelpell sales and LP sales in the interim, but the realist bear in me suggests a CR for Harvest One will be necessary in the short term to cover costs.

We can agree to disagree on this matter.
