The company has previously stated that it makes in excess of 70% gross margin on the product. the question is, what do they sell it for? As mentioned previously, it retails for ~ $50, so if wholesale is $30 (a reasonable assumption), then gross margin is ~ $21+. Hence my comment.
I dont know for certain what it wholesales for, but dont believe these numbers could be far off the mark - the real point is that there is a hell of a lot of upside from what can now be expected to be volumes significantly greater than 50,000 units (has anyone added up what all the distribution contracts = per annum?).
