    It is that simple.

    Selling on relatively low volume by those who are impatient or not completely aware of what they have. All of the big holders haven't moved. Those lucky enough to buy under 7 cents will be happy they did in the weeks and months ahead. Might just go fishing for a week or two and come back when the clean-out is done.
