I'm no up ramper but this is just blatantly absurd and I suspect you know that and are just protecting your lit investment.

No company would be so inherent on takeover if it didn't see such immense value. Lit is on the way to insolvency trying to take over lpd YES INSOLVENCY (unless a CR happens in the next few months) and despite that they are still chasing lpd.

To be honest lit can't afford anything more than what they offered and were being opportunistic during a legal battle hence the value they offered not because they thought that was "reasonable"
