As long as it's not proposals from the likes of Justin, wanting a few more cents instead of the 4 year wait for CVN bs.

And agree, closer we get to NGP starting, should appreciate CTP SP, but depending on who's running the show and what GSA's if any get put in place, as if CTP has not the gas and can't ensure delivery, , what happens then ?

But, hopefully we will have enough NO votes, to take us to the next unknown, but hopefully positive position, for CTP.
