What you are also saying is that if the price spikes, Paul could put in more, up to $422k...
But, imagine the non holder outrage on HC if he did!

Why should you be able to assume how much $ Paul has available?
I see swagman is now sooking about Paul's input, as is DB2.
Do any of you have $40k available?
Do you/your family have other commitments, mortgage etc?
For all you people know, Paul could already be throwing everything he has in to his company..
People really should stop questioning a large investment of $40000.
Just because Yogi can find 100k, doesn't mean anyone else can.
Even if Paul was putting in 100k+, you lot would be outraged with conspiracies about him getting a heap of heavily discounted shares.
No matter how well the raise is set up for holders, you all whinge, no matter what. It couldn't be any fairer!
