You have to believe it now that CMQ have said it...
"IFCA have not put forward any new proposal to Chemeq"
The previous proposal is finished, no further work is being done in relation to it, and IFCA are not forthcoming with any other proposal.
Anyone who says different is just deluding themselves.
Things are looking really bad... only 15 people left - not enough to do any manufacturing even in the unlikely event that they make a sale
