Hi bob, Very interesting article to read, and thanks to those posting!
It seems to me, that there may be more support for the reasons around the consolidation, than there would be for the remunerations to management, judging by some of the reactions of forum posters (since this news was released) over the last several days. What if the remuneration recommendations are not supported by shareholders, or are accepted only in part, as they pertain to Mr. Bacchus, Mr. Turner, and any other new members of management? It will be interesting to see the outcome of the voting!
