I don't know what has effected the sp, but I very much doubt if the Resources Stocks article had anything to do with it, and if it did then it will quickly come down again. Those articles are simply PR and lack substance or credibility - fine for introducing people to a company.
COE has responded to the serious tipsheets and mainstream media writeup for sure, but not to RS articles imo.
The late 05/early 06 sp surge was the AGM headline grabbing wakeup call wrt to Kurnia, and to a lesser extent the then recent Tunisia and Camdodian acquisitions.
