What bull if you think you can measure global surface temperatures accurately to .03 of a degree.
This is only an inaccurate surface temperature measurement from widely spaced measuring stations(greater than 1200km in some cases )
It does not allow for Urban heat sink effects or also the fact that many cooler rural temperature station have been closed down.

This doesn`t allow for Hansen and others continual adjustment to earlier temperatures to increase the apparent temperature rise.

Makes great news in the Guardian and ABC. The lefties love it and good for grants but really just statistical bull sh--.
